Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using TenderMaze (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

TenderMaze aggregates publicly available European Union public procurement contract-award data, enriches company profiles from public web sources, and scores companies against the offering you describe. We provide match scores, company intelligence pages, saved-pipeline tools, and email alerts. The Service is a sales intelligence aid, not a guarantee of any business outcome.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person may hold one account; accounts are non-transferable. Notify us promptly at info@tendermaze.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute the raw procurement data or company intelligence shown in the Service; (b) use the Service to send unsolicited commercial email in violation of applicable law; (c) attempt to access data or features outside your plan limits or subscription; (d) introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Plans, trials and billing

The Service offers Freemium, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. Your first paid subscription may begin with a free trial period, during which you can cancel at no charge. After the trial, the selected plan is billed per the cycle shown at checkout. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated. All fees are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes. Refunds are handled at our discretion — contact info@tendermaze.com.

6. Data you submit

You provide a description of what you sell, your target markets, deal sizes, and keywords so the Service can match procurement awards. You retain ownership of your sales profiles and pipeline data. You may export your saved pipeline as CSV and delete your account at any time; deletion removes your profiles and pipeline within a reasonable period.

7. Data we display

Company names, contact details, and summaries shown in the Service are derived from public procurement notices and public web sources. We do not warrant that contact information is current or deliverable. You are responsible for verifying contact details and complying with GDPR and other applicable laws when you reach out to any company.

8. Intellectual property

The TenderMaze software, scoring model, user interface, and compiled datasets are owned by TenderMaze and its licensors. Public procurement source data remains the property of its respective publishers. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal sales activities during your subscription.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and dependencies on third-party data feeds may cause temporary interruptions. We may change or remove features with reasonable notice, and will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during its billing period.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TenderMaze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is removed within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The most recent version is always available at this page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless local consumer law gives you a right to a different forum.
